Thomas Kenrich has been active in commercial real estate in a variety of capacities in the Chicago area since 1982. Tom joined Northern Builders, Inc. in 1997. As Chief Financial Officer of Northern Builders, Tom is responsible for the planning, oversight and administration of the finance and investment affairs of Northern. Tom is also closely involved in the negotiation of leases, purchase contracts, joint venture agreements and other contractual matters. Prior to Northern, Tom worked with The Shidler Group and Hawthorn Realty Group. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio as well as a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
