Thomas D. Grusecki has been involved in the construction and real estate business for over twenty-two years. In Tom's position as President, he is responsible for procuring sales and development opportunities as well as the overall management of Northern Builders. Tom is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), City of Aurora Chamber of Commerce, City of Naperville Chamber of Commerce, and the Village of Schiller Park Chamber of Commerce. Tom also sits on the Board of Directors of Children's Memorial Foundation in Chicago, the Board of Directors at Wellness House in Hinsdale, Board of Directors of The Jesse White Tumblers, the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities in Chicago and the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Trinity High School in River Forest. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Relations from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
