Stefano Vitale joined Northern Builders in March, 2011 in Business Development to market Northern’s capabilities in all aspects of construction including industrial, office, medical office, retail and manufacturing. In addition, Stefano focuses on Northern’s owned portfolio to maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants and to service their current and upcoming requirements. Prior to Northern Stefano was a Master Sales Representative for 7 years with Mercedes-Benz. Stefano graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from DePaul University and is an active participant as a Developing Leader with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers, and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
