Sean has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1996 and started with Northern in November 2002. As Vice President, Sean is responsible for the overall sales and marketing of Northern Builders and plays a major role in defining Northern’s business strategy and growth plans. In addition, Sean coordinates Northern’s land acquisition and building development operations. Sean currently serves as the program director for the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), the American Association of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Builders Association of Greater Chicago (BAGC) and the Chambers of Commerce in both Bolingbrook and New Lenox. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
