Matthew began his Real Estate career at Northern Builders in 1998. Since that time, he has held various positions in both construction and finance. As Vice President of Real Estate, Matthew is responsible for the operations of Northern’s Real Estate and Construction divisions. Matthew manages every new client and project through leasing, building design, construction and property management. In addition, Matthew is responsible for Northern’s real estate portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, lease administration and property management. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management (MRECM) from the University of Denver.  Matthew is an active participant with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and The Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).  He is also an advisory board member for Edgebrook Bank in Lincolnwood, Illinois.
