Joe DiBernardo began his construction career in 1986 and joined Northern Builders, Inc. in 1998. As General Superintendent of Construction, Joe is responsible for all field operations. A few of Joe’s recent accomplishments include: Mass grading and infrastructure for Northern’s 900-acre Cherry Hill Business Park and the 500-acre Carlow Corporate Center; Construction of all roads, public utilities, five building pads and over one-mile of new rail spur at the Cherry Hill Rail Park; Completed a “state of the art,” 924,000 SF freezer / cooler building for Central Grocers in eight months; Built the Andrew Corporation 720,000 SF manufacturing facility with a 130,200 SF, two-story office; Completed a 355,000 SF corrugator facility with rail service for Smurfit Stone Container. With experience in high-rise office, hospital, hotel, convention center and sports complex construction, Joe is an invaluable asset to every new development project.
