| Jim Grusecki is Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Builders,
Inc., a full service development and construction
company. He has been involved in the real estate
and construction industry for forty years. Jim
is responsible for strategic planning and development
of Northern's business opportunities. He has been
with Northern for over 30 years in positions ranging
from Project Manager to his current positions.
Jim Grusecki is an active member of the Society
of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association
of Industrial and Real Estate Brokers (AIRE),
Urban Land Institute (ULI), The Economic Club
of Chicago, Board of Advisers of Roosevelt University’s
Chicago School of Real Estate, and the Board of
the University of Wisconsin’s Graaskamp
Center for Real Estate. Currently he serves as
a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra
and is a Director of Edgebrook Bancorp Inc. Jim
is former board president of Victory Gardens Theater
and co-chair of its capital campaign and a former
director of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. Mr. Grusecki
holds a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration
and Economics from University of St. Thomas in
St. Paul Minnesota. |
