Brad Wood began his construction career in 1981 and joined Northern Builders, Inc. in 1994. As Vice President of Construction Services, Brad is responsible for all construction project management activities and delivering all projects on time and under-budget. As an expert in design-build construction, Brad works closely with each client to insure that the final project scope is optimally functional, efficient and complete. Since 1994, Brad has taken the lead on every high-profile development project including: Central Grocers, Goya Foods, Smurfit Stone Container, Andrew Corp, Michael’s, General Motors, Home Depot, Titan Steel, Kumho Tire, Crate & Barrel, 3M, and General Binding Corporation. Brad continues to manage the site and infrastructure development for Northern’s business parks, including Cherry Hill Business Park, Cherry Hill Rail Park, and Carlow Corporate Center. With experience in municipal and public work, high-rise office, and medical research facilities, Brad is an invaluable asset to every new development project. Brad obtained his Bachelors degree in Construction Technology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
