Robert D. Tuerk was in private practice for over 28 years, with a primary emphasis on real estate and land development issues before joining Northern. Bob is responsible for ensuring that Northern's business strategies polices and programs are developed and applied with recognition of the legal implications and risks. He provides legal services to Northern as a practicing counsel. Bob is an active member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, American Bar Association, Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association's Corporate and Business Law and Real Property Law Committees and Land Use and Zoning Subcommittee. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
