Background: James P. Grusecki has been involved in the real estate and construction industry for thirty - six years. Jim is responsible for overall corporate operations, strategic planning and development of Northern's business opportunities. Jim has been with Northern for over 30 years in positions ranging from Project Manager to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Involvement: Jim is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association of Industrial and Real Estate Brokers (AIREB), The Presidents Association of Illinois, the North Business & Industrial Council (NORBIC), The Executives' Club of Chicago and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council.
Jim serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Victory Gardens Theater, is a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and sits on the Board of Directors of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital.
